I groomed/tidied up my front room plants, and although it could’ve used another coat of heritage white, it was too cold and windy to paint, so it went as it was. I think it came out okay. B not only gave me the lexan for the shelves, but cut it to size for me! Now I just have to make sure it doesn’t get scratched.
I also decided to install the window film. It’s opaque, and I don’t know what it’ll look like in daylight, but it’s there, and hopefully it’ll stay in place. I used dish detergent and water instead of just water.
EDIT: It looks fine during the day, too. I don’t love it, but since the window might get condensation (maybe) I can’t use my spray, and this will be easy enough to remove if I tire of it.
