Our offer was accepted, but still have the inspection, loan approval and moving to go. I don’t know why I’m not more enthusiastic; I like the house, the yard is big enough, and the location is great. Maybe because it’s so sudden and I’d expected to have another couple of thousand as a “moving expense buffer”. Maybe it’s just dreading the packing and trying to salvage as much of my garden as I can. I dunno.
