We made an offer on a house today…fingers crossed that it’s accepted, and nobody steals it out from under us. The bedrooms are on the small side, but there are three of them and two bathrooms. Single-story, no basement or crawlspace (concrete slab), but there’s a heated/air conditioned shed, and the yard is not only big, but in a nice neighbourhood, and bordered on two sides by the park.
